Fitter Faster Stronger Kate
I’m FFS Kate — a CIMSPA-registered personal trainer with a lifelong passion for movement. My fitness journey began in the living room with a Jane Fonda workout video and has since evolved into a love for strength training, triathlons, and everything in between.
I believe fitness is about more than just physical health — it’s about nourishing your soul. Whether it’s cardio, resistance training, or getting outdoors, movement should feel empowering and joyful.
In addition to being a qualified PT, I’m also a certified pre/postnatal coach and spin instructor. I offer triathlon coaching too, having completed Endure IQ’s “Fundamental Components of Long Distance Triathlon” and “The Application of Strength Training for the Long Distance Triathlon” courses.
I’ve completed both full and half Ironman triathlons and am currently training for my first HYROX event — so I know what it takes to push limits and stay motivated.
Whatever your goal — training for an event, building strength, or simply becoming more active — I’m here to help you reach your next level, whatever that looks like for you.
What I Offer
In Person Fitness Sessions
In person 1:1 sessions in my small but very private home gym. We will work on whatever your fitness goal is with a personalised plan.
Personal Fitness Plans & Virtual Check Ins
If you are already a gym member and just need some help and guidance on what to do, I can work with you on a personal plan you can take to the gym and we can do face to face or virtual check ins (frequency is your preference).
Nutrition Advice
While I’m not a registered dietitian, nutrition is a subject I’m deeply passionate about. I’ve completed several specialist courses and continue to expand my knowledge in this area. If you’re looking for guidance on how to support your training or lifestyle with better nutrition, I’m more than happy to offer advice based on what I’ve learned. Just let me know how I can help.
